This policy governs your use of the Lynq website and app (the"Website” and the “App”). The Website and App are designed to allow experts/mentors to set up sessions, manage calendar, invitation, live video sessions, payments, and communicate with Lynq ("Lynq").


When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device.Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site.We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

We refer to this information as “Profile Information.”

We may collect data that accumulates over the normal course of operation on our platform. If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. When you create a profile on the Site, we will maintain yourProfile Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.


If you are under 18, you may register and use the Website andApp only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Lynq does not accept the online registration of minors; please do not attempt to register on the Website or App if you are under the age of 18. A parent or guardian must sign waiver on behalf of a minor before the minor shall be permitted to participate in a class. A minor must be at least 13years of age and at least 5 feet tall to participate in an in-person class. If Lynq discovers that personal information has been submitted by a minor without a signed participant/registration waiver, Lynq reserves the right to delete such information. Lynq does not seek or share personal information from minors throughout the Website or App.


Our Site may link to external sites that are not operated by us.We have no control over the content and policies of those sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy practices.


Occasional changes may be made to this document as new services and content are added to the Website and App to reflect changes in Lynq’s policies. The Terms and Conditions may be revised at any time by updating this posting. By using the Website or App, you agree to be bound by any such revisions.
